National Periodontists Day is celebrated every year on 23rd February to recognize the important role of Periodontists in maintaining and promoting oral health. This year too, the Department of Periodontology at RajaRajeswari Dental College & Hospital celebrated the day by demonstrating the correct brushing technique, giving oral hygiene instructions to the patients visiting the out patient section and distributing oral hygiene kits. The department would like to acknowledge Indoco Remedies Limited, Mumbai for having generously provided the samples for this noble initiative.
