In observance of National Tooth brushing Day 2021- The Department of Public Health Dentistry organized an Oral Health Education, Tooth Brushing Demonstration, Distribution of FREE ORAL HYGIENE KITS and Dental treatment camp for Inmates of Nirashrithara Parihara Kendra on 12-11-2021.

Demonstration of correct method of tooth brushing using models and reinforcement of the same was carried out by encouraging the participants to demonstrate the tooth brushing technique that was taught to them. This was followed by education about dental diseases, its treatment and Distribution of free oral hygiene kits for Inmates of Nirashrithara Parihara Kendra.

The program was well received and acknowledged by he Superintendent, support staff and Inmates of Nirashrithara Parihara Kendra.
