RRDCH conducting a dental screening and treatment camp at Kikkeri,Mandya

The Department of Public Health Dentistry – RRDCH in association with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) was invited to be a part of the National Oral Health Program (NOHP) screening and treatment camp organized at Kikkeri, Mandya District on 11th Jan 2023.

A team of 12 doctors including faculty (Dr.Jayachandra M Y, Reader), postgraduate students, and interns of the Department of Public Health Dentistry – RRDCH,attended the camp. Approximately 250 patients were screened and30people benefited from treatments including extraction and fillings, which were carried out in the Mobile Dental Unit of RRDCH. The program was well received and acknowledged by the beneficiary patients and concerned authorities.
